Cornish Mini Clubman Restoration

This is a Mini Clubman restoration which was unusual for several reasons, not least because it was purchased on eBay .from a seller in Cornwall.

The vehicle had been subject to poor previous repairs and featured lots of fibreglass and filler holding the shell together so it was going to be a challenging Mini restoration project but one we were up for.

The customer stripped the Mini to a bare shell before collection by the Real Mini Company. We then set about cutting out the panels and replacing them. As part of the restoration work, the vehicle required a full front end including complete inner wings, floor pans sections repaired/replaced,  new door steps, complete heritage boot floor , full heritage rear panel, heritage doors and even had new drip rails fitted.

Once panelled, the shell was prepped, primed, fully spray under sealed and then painted blaze.

It has now been delivered to the customer for them to build at their leisure.
